A mug of coffee steams on a workshop counter in the morning while the owner works at the bench behind it. At night the same mug is still there, full and cold, and the owner is still at the bench under the lamp.

Nobody can do the job and answer the phone.

Keep working. Norvi picks up.

It answers in a natural voice, checks your real calendar, and books the appointment before the call ends.

One call, start to finish

What happens in the forty seconds you were busy.

A tiler on their knees in a half-finished bathroom, one hand pressing a tile into fresh adhesive, the other holding a rubber mallet.

Your dashboard

When you look up, it is all written down.

Every call, what they wanted and what got booked, in plain words. Check it between jobs, on your phone or your laptop.

Walk through the demo dashboard

An example of the dashboard, with sample calls: fourteen calls answered today, nine booked, two passed to the owner and none missed. Each call is listed with the time, who it was, what they wanted and what happened, next to the appointments coming up and the minutes used this month.

The rest of it

Two things worth knowing before you sign up.

The real questions

Will it sound like a robot to my customers?

Judge that yourself before you pay anything. It is a natural voice, not a phone menu, and there is nothing to press. What it will not do is pretend to be a person. If a caller asks, it says it is an assistant.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

It hands the call to you instead of guessing. It is built to stop rather than to improvise, because a wrong booking costs you more than a missed one.

Do I pay for spam calls?

Spam calls burn minutes, and we will not pretend otherwise. A robocall that hangs up in four seconds costs you one cent. That is the honest answer.

How long does setup actually take?

A few minutes. You pick which of the eight receptionists matches your business, connect a calendar, and choose a number. There is no onboarding call and nobody needs to visit you. If you would rather see it before you sign up, the dashboard is open to walk through.

Do I have to connect a calendar?

Yes, for every receptionist that books. It is how Norvi knows when you are free and where it puts what it books, so it can never double book you. It works with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Apple Calendar. If you take bookings through another tool, connect the calendar that tool already syncs to.

I do not have a business phone line. Can I still use it?

Yes. Norvi will create a local number for you in whatever area code you pick, which takes about a minute. If you would rather keep the number your customers already know, forward it instead and nothing changes for the caller.

Put it on your line and keep working.

Sign up, pick what you book, connect a calendar, choose a number. Four minutes, and your phone stops going unanswered.
